We sit down together—either in person or virtually—and I guide you through a reflective conversation that captures the "how" and "why" of your journey. These sessions result in high-quality, edited master recordings that serve as a cornerstone of your family's archive.

2. The "Show and Tell" Digital System

Many of us have boxes of old paper photographs that are the only links to our ancestors and our own childhoods. But a photo without a story is a mystery waiting to happen.

I have developed a streamlined system that allows you to use your smartphone to document these photos and the stories behind them, uploading them directly to a private, unlisted YouTube channel shared exclusively with your family and future generations.

Instead of a complicated app or an expensive subscription, I teach you how to use the tools you already own to build an indestructible vault.

At my standard rate of $200 per hour, I work with you directly to:

• Architect Your Vault: We set up a secure, private YouTube channel and configure the privacy settings so your content is seen only by those you invite.

• Master the "Show and Tell" Workflow: I teach you the simple process of photographing your physical prints and narrating the memories in real-time.

• Establish a Digital Inheritance: We set up the backend "safety nets" (like Google’s Inactive Account Manager) so your children automatically receive access to the archive in the future.

• Organize for the Future: I show you how to use playlists to categorize your stories by decade, person, or theme.

The Goal: Your Independence

The beauty of this system is that once you learn it, you don't need me anymore. My goal is to empower you with the technical confidence to continue documenting your family history on your own, at your own pace, and for free.

You are the last living link to the people and places in those old photos. You are the only one who can identify the faces and explain the context. By mastering this system, you ensure that when your grandchildren look at an old family photo, they don't just see a stranger—they hear your voice telling them exactly why that moment mattered.
